We are looking for a creative, reliable team member to strengthen our brand presence and communication. You’ll help translate our aesthetic into high-level content and storytelling.
This is not a freelance position. We're looking for someone with experience, open to growing within the company.
An internship is also possible.What you'll do
Create and curate photo & video content in our showroom
Plan and manage our social media (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Research and coordinate PR & press outreach
Draft and send out newsletters (Mailchimp)
Help organize showroom visits & design events in Antwerp
Keep our Squarespace website updated
Assist with branding and fair preparation
Who you are
You have a strong visual eye and passion for aesthetics and materials
You can write clear, elegant copy (English & ideally Dutch)
You’re organized, proactive and take initiative
You know your way around Instagram, Lightroom, Mailchimp, ect.
You have a background in branding, content, or communication
You want to grow long-term in a creative and ambitious studio

As our Back Office Intern, you’ll work directly with our founder and operations team to support our international growth. Your tasks will include:
Researching and identifying potential clients, galleries, and collaborators
Supporting communication flows with clients, including follow-ups and info requests
Updating and organizing CRM/contact databases
Coordinating logistics information with our production and shipping partners
Helping prepare presentations, decks, and client documents
Monitoring and updating back office systems for sales and outreach
Who You Are
A student or recent graduate in communications, business, marketing, or a related field
Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
Detail-oriented, structured, and digitally savvy
Good communicator, not afraid to take initiative
Interested in design, craftsmanship, and/or international business
Available at least 2 days per week

Interior Declercq is a Belgian design studio focused on creating unique, high-end objects and furniture in solid wood. We export worldwide, collaborate with leading designers, and value slow, honest craftsmanship above all else. Our atelier in Linden is the beating heart of our work — and we’re looking for motivated hands to help us there.
What You’ll Do
As a Woodworking Intern, you’ll assist with production, finishing, and prototyping in a professional yet artisanal setting. Tasks include:
Supporting in the preparation, sanding, and finishing of solid wood pieces
Helping with glue-ups, basic joinery, and general studio workflow
Learning how to operate bandsaw, planer, mitre saw, lathe (training provided)
Maintaining workshop organization and material stock
Assisting with packing and prepping for international shipment
Who You Are
A student or enthusiast in woodworking, product design, or related fields
Hands-on, practical, and not afraid to get dusty
Respectful of tools, materials, and traditional techniques
Reliable and proactive, with strong attention to detail
Ideally available 2–3 days per week
Prior experience is a plus, but passion and eagerness to learn matter most
